Your email address and password (encrypted)
Profile data
Optional profile picture you upload
Booking data
Records of resources you've booked, including times and locations
Organization membership
Which organizations you belong to and your role within them
02 Why we collect it
We use your data to:
- Provide the booking service you signed up for
- Send you important notifications about your bookings
- Authenticate your account and keep it secure
We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service.

05 Data retention
We keep your data for as long as you have an active account. Booking records are retained for historical purposes even after cancellation, but can be deleted upon request.
06 Cookies
We use essential cookies only:
- Session cookie: Keeps you logged in (required for the app to function)
- Remember me cookie: Optional, keeps you logged in longer if you choose
We don't use analytics cookies or tracking pixels.
